Canderous sat himself on a large rock and thought. he had to leave Faustus behind at the guild hall, the mission he was sent on was too dangerous to bring him along, while he had no armor anyway.
he looked at the map they gave him again. he.."well that's not good... I'm lost..." he rubbed his temples. " i am never going to ask for a mission outside of the the chorrol/skingrad area again." his armor making some noise as he stood.
"well i do hope that High elf is okay with waiting a bit." he said he tucked the map away in a pouch.
Canderous walked along the gold coast seeing the ruins and forts of a time long past. watching the sun make its Evening Starent..."oh crap." Canderous moved along faster "Azzan said it was by.. ah there it is. now it should be...there's the cave." he took one look at the cave "...dead things...ugh..."
"ah there you are you see i need someone to go in and fetch something that i can't do myself..." the high elf said. "you see the item is guarded by some rather, strong undead creatures. I'll pay you on top of what the fighter's guild is paying you."
"alright bu-"
"good good time to get to work you see we don't have much time." the high elf shooed Canderous inside the cave and shut the door. "do please hurry."
Canderous sighed..."great i get sent on the mission for and idiot..." he headed down into the cave, getting this strange feeling something was wrong the entire time...
Some time later....
"by the nine! why are there so many rotting. walking. corpses." he snarled as each word punctuated with the slaying of another zombie or skeleton.
"ugh...they stink!" he sent the bones of a skeleton flying. he heaved and saw the item or what he hoped to be the item the stupid high elf wanted.
"that stupid thing better be it" he walked towards it, a small stone, enchanted obviously, he picked it up and almost dropped it.
"its freezing" he looked around the room "alright after all the undead creatures for this thing, wheres the trap...?" not seeing one, he turned to leave. his hand kept getting colder and colder so he wrapped the stone in part of his cloak. took his gauntlet off and started to rub the warmth back in his hand. he looked at his hand the blood flow seemed to have stopped but as he rubbed his hand, he gasped in pain. the blood flow returned and it hurts like hell.
"Oh once that high elf pays me..." he growled.when he hand was fully functional again. he slipped the gauntlet back on as he exited the cave. the high elf was waiting, pacing of all things...
"here is your stupid trinket" he said as he unwrapped the stone but kept his hands under the cloth.
"oh very, very good.." Canderous didn't like the look on the high elf's face. "now about..." "oh yes your payment.." the elf said while looking at the stone "well you see since you took rather long, some friends have come by to keep me company.." as the high elf said this, its cloak was opened to reveal a necromancers emblem.
"oh...crap..." Canderous said as a good handful of necromancer's came out from hiding, either by discarding of a spell or from the brush.
This was bad Canderous was tired and there were, he counted almost fifteen of them. he pulled free his claymore, well might as well try.
And for once Canderous was glad Faustus wasn't with him...

Anvil..a beautiful place, gorgeous view of the sea and many sailors and seamen with stories from the outside, many however are the tall tails of drunks. Raven payed no mind to it, she could care less about stories and could care less about the filthy, smelly sailors. Raven hid on the ship, the sun was setting, vanishing away. Hidden in the lowest part of it, she woke up, and looked around. No one seemed to be inside, they probably where out in the Flowing Bowl drinking beer and rum or sleeping with Mirebella in the The Fo'c's'le. Raven got out from the window and climbed up to the deck, acting innocent, she walked out to the sidewalks. The smell was foul, smelled like 40 year old rum mixed with animal droppings. Tonight was not the time to go looking for drunk sailors, they taste disgusting. "Hey lil lady..come here". The drunk Orc demanded. Raven turned around and walked towards him seductively. The Orc laughed and tried to make a move on her. Raven smiled and kicked him in the water, then walking away. The other sailors laughed when the drunk Orc swam and jumped in the water. Rumors around was that Necromancer`s where around in forts and the area, conducting experiments. Raven HATED necromancers..she hated their ways and their stupid obsession with the dead and Undead..ironically, Raven was dead already. Draken was on a type of date or meeting with his newly beloved Rayne. Raven was happy for him and atleast to her benefit, she could do whatever she wanted when she wanted it. She was quite capable of taking care of herself. Anvil had its many selections, the doors where easy to break in at night and the folks to friendly and easy to deceive..rumor has it that a female gang seduced men and robbed them, tossing the poor fools into the streets naked. Also the manor in the town was rumored to be haunted. Raven never had a problem with Ghosts in general, zombies and wraiths? definetly. Since Draken was gone and Rayne was with him, she decided to bring a companion along with her, even though they have their great differences, they have so much in common. Raven agreed with Veronika that they would go hunting together, a sort of competition on whom gets the most kills. Raven went along the sides of the streets, hidden from sight. She wore the Robe of the Crimson Scars and had a few daggers with her and her bow and arrows. Raven pulled up her hood to keep herself concealed. She walked towards the rocks, right under the Castle. She stood there near the edge of the water, looking for her. That was the spot that they rendezvous earlier, the night before. Raven sighed and waited a few minuted. Suddenly, she heard a glass break and a table fall over. Looking up she saw a dark figure jump from the balcony all the way into the water, accompanied by two more bodies. Veronika rose to the surface, two anvil guards floating at the water`s edge. Raven frowned, "I see you took the liberty to start your night without me..."
Veronika had a dull, dead look on her face. "I got bored, so I started without you, and you sleep all day long, wheres the fun in that?".
Raven shook her head and puffed a little. "Now its time to make it more enjoyable..I have the perfect place to hunt. You know of necromancers right?" She asked Veronika. Veronika nodded, she had a brush with Necromancers a few times before.
"Yea..misguided idiots who summon the dead to predict the future, I heard they can capture your soul and keep them from passing onto the world beyond this one..pesky trick" Veronika stressed.
Raven started making her way towards the coast, Veronika followed behind. "I can silence them, making itimpossible for them to summon their undead slaves or cast any spell for that matter". Veronika boasted.
Raven laughed. "I do recall, centuries ago when I was taken from my slumber, when I awoke, a necromancer started to cut my stomach with a scalpel, mistaken that I was dead..."
Veronika looked up to the sky, nightfall was not even out yet but the sun already began to set. "You are dead and you are pale like a dead person...what did you do after?" She said, with a dead tone, monotonous tone.
Raven stroked her hair and twirled her head, waving her black hair. "I bled him dry and tossed him in the pit that held his precious undead slaves..they where so happy to see him that they even brought him to dinner". She teased. Veronika cracked a smile and rolled her eyes.
The cave was now in plain sight. It was obvious it was full of necromancers, their alter lay there with that purple light coming out of it. Corspes decorated the cave`s mouth. Raven rushed inside, eager to kill some Necromancers, Veronika took her time, patiently walking behind her slowly. Upon entering the cave the first thing that they smelled was dead bodies, sure enough Zombies lay on the ground..dead..really dead, pieces of skeletons everywhere. Raven sensed it and Veronika smelled the air and sniffed it. Someone was inside and they wher not sided with the Necromancers. Suddenly she heard the sound of sword and spells being cast. Footsteps approached and Raven immedietly ducked at the shadows. Two necromancers ran past her, she jumped out and grabbed the short Wood Elf by the hood and brought him down to her feet. The other, taller imperial male turned around startled. He pulled out his bow, ready to fire upon Raven when suddenly Veronika stabbed him in the back with her dagger...usually dogs did not use weapons. Atleast Raven thought in her head.
The imperial male fell to the ground, dying. Veronika stood upon him and shook her head. "I thought your death would be a little more..exciting but I found i rather boring".
Raven held her shortsword at the Wood Elf`s throat. "Seems like you have another intruder here, what is happening down there?". Raven asked. Veronika growled and looted the imperial male. "Why do you care? just kill him and everyone in this place". Veronika said.
Raven looked down on the frightened Wood Elf, unable to summon his skeleton companion. "You are all dead!! all of you". He shouted. Raven rolled her eyes and held the blade tighter to his neck. "I suppose you are right.". She said, smiling. She held the blade closer to his neck and then slid it across as if it was butter. The Wood Elf fell to the ground dead. "I dont talk to dead men". Raven told herself, proceeding to see what the commotion was about.

Faustus was impatient something was wrong. he got up and paced the guild hall. he started to whine, and looked around to find someone to let him out.
Huurwen herd the dog whine. "hey little guy do you need to go out?" Faustus picked up on with a quick idea, he barked. "alright, alright" she giggled and opened the door, Faustus bolted. "hey not so fast...no not out the gates!"and the gates shut as a trader came through the gates. "oh no." Huurwen said.
The white dog ran across the small farm right outside Anvil giving the nord woman a start. Faustus stopped and sniffed the ground slowly picking up Canderous' sent. He followed it to a cave seeing people go in it. people who looked like they weren't friendlies. he saw two women go in, they smelt...different. he went in after them.
Faustus saw them take care of the two they grabbed a hold of, and smelt the cave air his person was in trouble, he dashed past them. to the area sounding like commotion.
Canderous, chest heaved, were were they all coming from. in the beginning it was easy to swat there summons away and hack at them. but now, they were getting inventive, necromancer's he snorted.
Canderous swung his claymore in a wide arc sending skeleton 's flying then quickly stepped forward bringing it back around sliced three, killing one the other two injured and dying. he swung again severing a zombie.
"the dead should stay dead." he said as he killed a zombie and its summoner. He herd a thunk. they were using weapons now, an arrow just missed him. he grabbed a mace coming his way. pulled the necromancer forward and bashed his nose in with his forehead, then threw him back in with the rest causing some to stumble.
Faustus leapt in and bite a necromancer's leg pulling, and tripping him as he fell to the stone floor with a crash.
"what the.. a white ra-" he didn't finish the sentence.
"he isn't a rat he's a dog!" he nearly dropped his claymore as a arrow made a sickening sound as it hit his knee.

Veronika frowned and continued on, something dashed past them, a white dog. Raven had on a puzzled look all over her face, she turned to Veronika. "Friend of yours?". She asked, teasingly. Veronika shook her head. "No". She said.
"What is a dog doing here?". Asked Raven. Veronika walked without looking behind her. "Dogs love bones, there are skeletons here..figure it out". She said.
Raven grinned and took out her twin Scimitars, her favorite weapons. She started chuckling and ran deeper into the cave. Many Necromancers, all around, talking amongst themselves.(Different section of the cave). Raven walked in, her pale face white as snow, she had not fed for days, she was no different than the zombies and skeletons inside. The Necromancers pulled out their maces and grabbed their scrolls, knowing Raven meant hostility and was not part of their group. One of them already summoned a Skeleton hero while the other cast a spell, the greenish light flew her way. Raven quickly dispensed her own spell. Reing of Terror. She silenced the necromancer that cast the spell to her, but his spell already silenced her, she was unable to use any magicka for the current moment. Raven snarled angrily and ran at the skeleton, twisting her body around and severing its head, the skeleton vanished when it was defeated, dropping its sword. Raven kicked the sword forward, practically giving it to one of the necromancers. The imperial necromancer shook her head and took out a scroll, reading a powerful fire spell. She cast it towards Raven, the fireblast was indeed powerful, knocking Raven back. Her skin was burning, due to her condition of vampirism, she had a great weakness to fire. Also she has not fed for over five days..so her strenght was unmatched by few but her weakness to fire was greater. They charged at her, three of them. Raven jumped in the air, using her back to propell her upwards. Raven ran away, letting them chase her, this was quite fun, she used her surroundings to her advantage. Running to the table full of plants and mortars and pestles, Raven lifted the chair and threw it at them. One of them got hit hard and grunted when he fell to the ground, the other one tried to slash her with her mace. Raven evaded, rolling left and right. The Necromancers where tired, panting and sighing. Raven had them exactly how she wanted them..tired to even block a fatal blow. "Too frightened to fight, wench?". One of them called out. Raven frowned, running forward and jumping high in the air, nearly touching the cave ceiling. Raven twirled once and then twice in the air, sideways before impaling both of them with each of her Scimitars. She pulled our her dual weapons quickly, turning her body in a fancy motion to face the last necromancer in that room. The necromancer Dunmer walked back slowly, reaching out for another scroll and a potion. Raven frowned and walked closer, pointing at his face with her sword and tilting her head, communicating without words, basically saying. "Your next".
------------ Veronika split up with Raven..this was kinda boring to her..fighting dead things, but there was nothing else to do. Veronika looked around, sniffing the air, she smelled death, canine and the wretched necromancers. Veronika saw a small room with wine and beer bottles..the necromancers did drink when they where not messing with corspes. Veronika walked in the room and took a handful of bottles. She was not thirsty but she had an idea. Grabbing the crates, she went into another room, it was very dark and ghastly, stone slabs in the middle, dead people resting above it and everywhere there was the flags, showing the Necromancer`s skull. Veronika sighed and walked to it. Veronika broke the glass of beer and sprayed it on the flag and all over the place, a small shelf of books lay on the corner. Veronika threw the bottles at it, spilling alcaholic and flammable liquid all over. "This will draw them out". Veronika said to herself. She shot a fireball at the redish flag, then turned around and shot more fire at the marked places. The room quickly caught on fire, the flags burned and the bookshelf cracked as the pages turned black and to ash.
The necromancers ran out of the neighboring room, appears they have been sleeping, some of them even had scalpels in their hands, revealing that they where conducting their experiments. Veronika got angry and went mad. "Your dead servants cannot help you, they died once and I am sure they can die again". She said, running on all four and charging at them, growling like a dog.
Veronika gave one of them a headbutt, breaking his nose, she then grabbed the other one by the neck, choking him and smalling him into the wall, being followed by punches and kicks to the stomach. Truly a savage woman. A necromancer pulled out a silver shortsword and slashed her in the back. Veronika growled loudly, the piercing pain of silver burned her back, she even heard the sizzle. Veronika turned around and kicked him back. He stood his ground and went into a fighting stance. "What do you want?". He demanded angrily. Veronika cracked her neck, left and right, she clenched her teeth together and bared them. "For you to join your beloved experiments..". She said, reaching for a steel shortsword that her enemy dropped. She grabbed and held it tightly in her hand, swingin it in the air back and forth rushing towards him. "Tell me, do you fear death?". She hissed. ----------------- Raven thrusted her sword, impaling him, she then used her other Scimitar to slash his side, swiftly cutting him down. This room was cleared, on to the next one. Raven ran to a larger place in the cave, this time to her surprise, there was a man, she could not tell if he was imperial or breton. However she stppd there, watching him swing his claymore, wacking a skeleton. Raven jumped down to the stairs, right infront of another necromancer, this one had a hood. Classifying him as a higher and stronger mage than the others. He gasped and immedietly shot lightning at her using his wooden staff. Raven tried to evade it but it hit her in the body, sending electricity to her body. Ow..that hurt , she thought in her mind. Raven growled and fell to her knees, attempting to get up and slice this one up. She raised her arm and threw her Scmimitar at him, missing by a few inches. One would think her aim needed improvement, but offcourse she had electricity running through her body, her vision was cloudly but she let her anger control her. She got up and raised her weapon to him.
"You wont get out of this alive". She said to him, staring at him with hungry eyes.

Canderous broke the end of the arrow shaft off, grunting. Faustus was doing his job keeping necromancers, distracted and tripping them up. Canderous killed another and another, he was actually getting board of killing them and there summons. Hoping that he would survive this now, Faustus showed up. With necromancers falling the lot of them didn't know what was causing it. he limped a bit from the arrowhead sticking into his knee.
he sliced another necromancer disemboweling it, Canderous snorted. the remaining necromancers all but fled as he cut the last one.
"what are you doing out here?" he asked Faustus as he walked up to canderous. Faustus barked happily to see his person again. as someone stepped into he room Canderous looked up.
"well, well." it was the high elf. "what do we have here? a man and his dog. how quaint." as he walked into the room. with more...
"were do you all come from!" Canderous yelled exasperated.
"now, now you know we can't tell you. a Magic user has to have his secrets" he pulled out a long sword and his one hand was blazing with magic, Canderous almost winced. "so the 'fun' begins". Canderous said as he swung the claymore towards the obviously Head necromancer.
the longsword and claymore clashed together and the necromancer summoned a skeletal Hero. the hero barely moved and inch when it fell forward and disappeared.
Faustus lept forward and ripped one of the lower leg bones off. he growled at the other necromancers daring them to try anything.
one reached out for the dog, Canderous kicked the high elf sending him crashing into other necromancers. he swung his claymore severing the hand of the one who dared reach for Faustus.
he waved a finger and said "no touchy, the doggy. Capiche?" he turned to see a bolt of lightning head towards him. He had no time to duck, or dodge. he let out a startled yelp he hadn't been hit by magic in years, he forgot what it felt like.
"now, fighter's guild. you will submit quietly!" the high elf fumed, a dusty foot print was smack dab in the middle of his chest.
"not on your life." Canderous smirked.
"so be it." he charged up his hand again with more magic. the necromancer's around him were anxious and Faustus was growling underneath Canderous' feet. Canderous himself readying himself for either the wave of necromancer's or whatever the high elf Evening Starided to throw his way.

Veronika rushed off to the large cave room, she was suprised at the numbers of necromancers in the area. Walking down calmy as she always does, Veronika grabbed a skull from the ground and looked over at the Necromancers fighting the man with his dog companion and Raven harassing the necromancer with intense anger as she always does. She caught in the corner of her eye, a Necromancer escaping, carrying loads of scrolls with him. Veronika jumped down from the cave stairs and walked quickly, closer and closer until she had a perfect shot. Veronika aimed and threw the skull at the Khajiit necromancer. There was a sudden thud and a crash as the necromancer fell on the ground hard. Veronika rushed to him, running quickly and charging at it. She absolutely HATED cats... --------------- The Necromancer brought his staff down to butt Raven in the head with the end of it, but before he could do so, Raven raised her leg, kicking him in the face. She rolled to the side and kicked his leg, making him fall back and roll down the steps. Chuckling sinisterly, Raven got up and got her other Scimitar that she threw at him earlier. She sheathed it and grabbed his staff while he was still in the ground. "Not so powerful without your twig, are you?". She teased, flipping the staff in her hand, holding it by the middle and then twirling it, playfully. The Necromancer attempted to get up until Raven smacked him in the face with the wooden staff and then pushed it forward, hitting him in the stomach, sending him falling backwards. She pulled out her Scmimtar and brought the sharp end of it to his face. ----------------- Veronika stood above the rock, her dark clothes keeping her under the shadows as she heard and watched the two men exchange words. Few talks and a brief reference to the fighters guild. Watching the battle unfold. She sighed and walked around, seeing pieces of bone and zombie flesh. Unlike Raven, she could feed and not loose her power for the night. Veronika grabbed a few pieces of zombie flesh, she smelt it first, seeing if it was tampered with..no..nothing. She started to eat away. ------ Raven saw more necromancers, all of them looked delicious..but she promised herself she would not feed until there was atleast two enemies left. Raven grabbed the scrolls that the necromancer dropped, from the hit Veronika gave him., reading it, she summoned a skeleton warrior and a dread zombie. "Lets see the dead turn on the living.." She whispered, commanding the summoned Undead to run after the other Necromancers. Raven glanced over at Veronika, swallowing a piece from zombie flesh. "Veronika, this is no time for eating..we wipe them out and then celebrate our victory later". She demanded. Veronika rolled her eyes and tossed the mort flesh away. "Look at all of these, I can take them all home and have a months supply of food". Raven said, watching all of the necromancers that stood near the High Elf who confronted the mixed male. -----------

Canderous's mind was whirring with possibilities, of what could happen after he killed the high elf which honestly he really wanted to do. the other necromancer's would swarm him and he would most likely die. that wasn't what he had in mind to end his day.
"well, as much fun as it has been," Canderous snorted. "i honestly just want to have a cup of ale, and go to bed." he surged forward bearing his strength against the Altmer. whom stumbled and was having a hard time keeping his sword up to defend himself. this was honestly ridiculous. he shoved the altmer's sword out of the way sending it flying. he quickly grabbed his longsword and d.ecapitated the high elf.
"there now you can't come back after that!" he snorted but he now faced a bigger problem, the rest of the necromancer's. or did he? as he noticed a woman with a scroll who was obviously not a necromancer. and summon a skeleton warrior and a dread zombie.
Faustus barked getting Canderous' attention back to the moment at hand. As some necromancers Evening Starided to attack while others didn't know what to do and others started to flee. there leader dead.
