Temple of the One.
Inside the building tall stone, cold stone…dome shaped roof.
Inside a young boy was sitting close to the wall hugging his knees tightly. Long white hair hanging over his shoulders, he whimpered and ticked his arms between his chest and knees still pulled closely to him. Tears flowed down his face that he soon buried in his knees. Long ears poking out though his hair. He whimpered and looked at his hands and trembled and wrapped them around himself and cried out faintly. He was however alone in the chapel today.
He’d gotten away from the for now but how long would it last? He’d got lost and gave up, coming here he knew they would come eventually and drag him away. If he liked it or not. He slowly stood his robes were a little tattered and worn. He whipped his eyes on his sleeves and shook his head a little before he walked a little closer and looked at the so called ‘Dragon Fires- Flame’
“uhmm…hello.’ he stated looking at the fire then up at the roof moth open a little, it was a large building, to him at least. ‘are there any…divine up there?” he tilted his head and sniffled a little before eyes grew sad again. “ahhh!” he cried and flopped down to his knees then sat and gripped his head and hair. “there are no gods!’ he shouted and cried. “stupid stupid!” he cried tears flowing down his face he cried, tugging his sleeves down a little more to hide the marks on his arms then hugged his knees again. Eyed drying he now looked angry….’Will…I die…soon?” he frowned looking sad once more then stood and ran back towards the wall and tried to sit where unseen as he saw someone open the door, he gulped.

Alessandra was walking around the temple district, enjoying the moonlight and stars. she wasn't going to venture out into the woods tonight it looked like storm clouds were rolling in.
she neared the temple of the one and herd crying, of some kind. humans would never hear it. Her hearing was much better than there's. she looked around and made sure no one was watching, most people where in there homes sleeping. she climbed the temple and looked through down the top. she spied and elfling he looked horrid. she knew there was one person around who took in elfings and cared for them. that Aylied-Bosmer hybrid, she almost snorted if he didn't think she'd know he smelt like one. he vibrated with that peoples energy even though it was diluted. she climbed back down last she knew the elf was in the water front.
~~~ Yggdrasil sat in the bloated float eating food. and was entertained by a family and there son. the family had the surname Lex.
Yggdrasil got up after he finished his food and left. he was greeted by a woman in white.
"can i help you?"
"yes, you are the hybrid that cares for elflings correct?"
"yes..." giving her a odd look at her claiming him a hybrid then noticed her red eyes.
"well their is an elfing in the temple of the one who needs some help." she then walked away. leaving Yggdrasil with a raised eyebrow. "vampires..." he muttered as he headed to the Temple district.
He neared the temple hoping this wasn't a trap. as far as he knows he's never upset a vampire. though they were a strange bunch some vampire's were offended by a mortals presence. weird they were there food source. he opened the temple's doors. he looked around and saw nothing at the moment. he wandered around in the inside. he then saw something in the corner. "little one?" he said softly. he saw a huddled form of a tattered elfing.
"are you alright" he said nearing the youngling.
Zero slowly looked up again at the sound of a voice, it didn’t sound like a priest, or least the one who ‘care’ of him. He peeked out towards him a little and blinked a few times. “Uhmm…” he whimpered. “I am…here…’ he sniffled. ‘I’m sorry!” he gasped before knowing anything and pulled himself closely together and whined. “please don’t tell them. I didn’t…know it was late.’ he frowned. And looked towards the elf again, seemed strange something about the elf though to young to really know what, he just felt different, maybe he was like himself?
"hey penneth, its alright. come here. i know it's late i won't yell at you for that. " he came up to the elfling and knelt down in front of him. taking in the elfing's presence the poor thing was in basically rags and looked beaten.
"come little one. lets get some food in you. you look like you could use it. " he held out his hand to the child. "its alright i don't bite i promise." he smiled at the elfling. "by the way my name is Camthalion." ~~~ Alessandra saw the elf interact with the child. she nodded to herself, good the mortal races are sometimes so careless. she left the two elves. and proceeded to head to her home.
Zero looked at him watching him come closer he backed further into the wall then stopped as he spoke so kind heartedly and soft. “no!” he gasped. Then looked down his hands gripping his robe. “I cant go…with anyone but master…” he frowned. ‘I’m…I’m cursed, I ….hurt people around me.’ he stated as much as he tried not to his eyes begin to water. He looked lowly and whimpered, before falling slightly into the male, used to being shoved around he was ready for any reaction but kindness. He sniffled and leaned into him a moment.
Camthalion lightly closed his arms around the scared child, he could get out if he needed too. "Its alright, shh... no child could purposely hurt those around him. curse or no curse." He was honestly afraid of scaring this little one away. He seemed so skittish like a deer. Camthalion gently placed and soothing hand on the child's head. "shh..."
Zero looked up at him a little after he put a hand on his head. It confused him a little but why was this stranger so nice? Of course he never talked to strangers that often, maybe more of them were nicer then he was taught? He took a deep breath and looked up at him then whipped his eyes with his small hands. “I’m sorry….I-.” he trailed off and nodded then looked down. “but I have to wait for the priest…” he sniffled.
[[and mine is better? LOL its ok XP]
Camthalion smiled softly at the child. "its alright do you want me to help you find they priest?" he then thought "or would you not want to go back to the priest?" thinking why would the child be scared and frightened otherwise.
Zero whimpered and hid his face looking down again and took a deep breath. “I don’t want….I mean I….uhg..” he moaned. “mister…uhm are there…really any gods?” he looked up at him. “I….don’t want to go ’home’.” he frowned and sniffled again and covered his watery eyes. [theres crappy for ya x.x]
Camthalion brushed the child's hair from his face. "You don't have to child if you don't want to I'll take you. I've helped several elflings in my years." he thought on the questions about the gods he honestly didn't believe in the nine, they reminded him of the tribunal they 'stole' a power that wasn't there's. but that was his belief not the child's. he honestly believed in yff'r and his mother's gods, the Aylied creation gods.
"Little one as long as you believe, they are gods. But you look like a bosmer?" he said "And most Bosmer follow Yff'r a sacred tree. Every race has there own gods they believe in from any Aedra or Deadra, and others whom many don't count. As long as you believe and have faith, that they are gods, then there are." He said, and thought a moment. "If you still don't want to go 'home'. I can get you out of here little one."
Zero looked at him a little confused he didn’t really understand anything about gods and believes only things that happened to him, unknowing right and wrong. He winced. “I don’t know.” he frowned and shook his head and sniffed. “but… I cant go home either….they don’t want me…” he frowned.
"then come with me?" he asked he said hopefully. he liked looking after children it gave him something to care for in his lonely life, looking at the elfling. He was a strange Bosmer, as it was he was a strange looking Bosmer. most Bosmer were earthy colored so they blended with the forest of Valenwood.
"little one what's your name?" he asked as he brushed the elfling's hair back into a leather tie to keep it out of his face.
Zero looked at him tiling his head faintly then took a deep breath. “uhmmm…” he wasn’t quite sure and lightly flinched as his hair was tied back and looked back up at the elder Bosmer. “My name is Zero.” he nodded. “I’m told Zero means nothing so I am.” he nodded and looked confused and a little worried. “come with you, to where?” he asked.
"no one is nothing zero, everyone starts somewhere." he looked the child over once more. "i live in a place called Chorrol with a good friend of mine. its a nice place for children and elflings to grow up." he thought of all the trees one child could climb, especially a Bosmeri child. "though coming with me is all up to you."
Zero looked up at him and frowned lightly before slowly nodding. “are you sure…its okay?” he tilted his head and looked down. “I might just…be in the way.” he stated looking back up at him. “Corrol?” he blinked. “I’ve never been there.” he added then nodded. “I don’t want to go with the priest but what will he do he finds me gone?”
