The cool air started to pour over the lands in a rush. Chilling everything to the bones, people started dressing warmly this far north. More so in Bruma where it only snowed most of the time, now snowed harder.
Balsa found herself leaving Cloud Ruler for a while. She took her horse, dressed warmly and started heading to the imperial city for a few supplies. She dressed with a large coat, but only over her silver armor covered her stomach and chest. Wearing no armor elsewhere she wore thick warm coating. She sat tall upon her horse. Her companion, Rikugou walked behind her. No care in the world the Altmer male just seemed to fallow her, but also dressed warmly.
The retied Blade’s Woman rode on, until she came to a fork in the road and let out a light sigh, breath seen in the cool air she looked up, and then back down each road. “Stick to the roads, but where did the sign go!?” she shouted and sighed scratching the back of her neck. “well…the next Inn should be.” she paused. “by the nine….” she hissed rubbing her forehead. “if I didn’t know where Cloud Ruler was all these years I’d end up in Anvil.” she growled then pointed. “going that way!” she shouted. Rikugou looked at her. “Chorral.” he stated plainly. She looked a little embarrassed then pointed the other way, with a small chuckle before continuing onward. “least cold means less monsters.” she yawned.

Days..upon days!. No food..no meat..trapped in that blasted cave and nothing but bugs, melted snow used as water and water only quenched the thirst but not the hunger. More cold meant more food. Atleast for Veronika it meant that way. Snow poured down on her blonde hair, making her raise her brown hood to cover the cold drops of snow. Bored and weary, she marched on the cold snow. Covering her entire body with the brown robe. Hunger gnawed at her, stomach began rumbling begging for food like those peasents in every town in Cyrodiil. No food..miles and miles walking, she guessed they had been hiding under the ground. In an instant, a rabit..or was it a hare? appeared near the bush, its little feet walking over the cold snow. With a single hunting knife and without any spells, Veronika sneaked towards it, only to alarm the small fury animal, the creature ran away before Veronika could make a move. It was not totally lost, they were a common source of meat. However, because of their extremely low fat content, they are a poor choice as a survival food. Rabits, on the contrary, were much more delicious. Rabbit meat is a source of high quality protein & can be used in most ways chicken meat is used.
Veronika continued on later, almost forty four minutes since the Hare escaped. She glimpsed a deer..no..even better!, a buck!. The venison, so delicious and so common. It could be made with steaks, tournedos, roasts, sausages, jerky and minced meat. So many ways to cook it and eat it, but she preffered it raw. Veronika ran as fast as she could, after the buck. The buck, hearing Veronika approaching, broke in a full run. Veronika did not want to lose her prey this time, she ran after it, faster, the special blood in her veins giving her unnatural speed. Closer..so much closer. Veronika pounced at the buck, driving the knife into its back, tackling it down to the snow. Within seconds she began cutting and eating..the hunger about to be silenced. Until, wolves, Timber Wolves to be exact, came to her, the scent of new meat obviously picked up. They came within her circle, staring at her and without any barking, growling, they were curious, as well as hungry. For obvious reasons, they did not attack her, for she was also gifted as a hunter, thanks to Hircine. Veronika took a bite out of the lungs, then throwing it near them. A few minutes of pacing around Veronika and the dead carcass, they approached her and began to feast. While some may think it is savegry to dine with wolves, Veronika had no qualms about it. When she was finished, she ripped pieces of flesh and stuffed them in her pouch for later, incase the munchies attack her.
By confronting the cold, Veronika was able to test her strenght. After all, she was partally if not fully wild. Using the snow to wipe the blood from her mouth, she continued walking on, still a bit hungry after eating an entire buck. Again, thanks to Hircine. Something ahead caught her attention, two individuals on horse going somewhere. Veronika hid behind the ice covered tree, thinking if she should make herself known. And she did. By walking towards them she decided to do a friendly wave, while utterly dispising mortals, she learned to tolerate them over the years. Some of them were amusing and it had been awhile since she has spoken to a normal person. She sunk both of her hands into the snow, forming a huge snowball, aiming high, she threw it straight at the woman riding the horse.
"Bit of cold, isn't it?" she began to ask without properly introducing herself. "Where ya headin" She added.

Balsa and Rikugou continued about there on busyness, then suddenly Balsa was greeted by a snowball to the side, spooking the horse a bit too, but it remained calm, and she did as well though looked around blinking then spotted the stranger. Rikugou however being the emotionless protector he seemed to be, he quickly took it as a sign of attack and waved his hands over each other to summon his spear with a spell, but suddenly Balsa dropped a hand on his shoulder and pushed her weight slightly on him as she jumped off her horse, scooping up a snowball and throwing it back at the woman.
The Warrior woman boasted a small laugh then shook her head, regardless the snowball hit or not she looked back at the stranger and spoke: “Its not that cold.” she relaxed her stance as always, though never be fooled by this woman, she easily tossed most men over her shoulder when it came to just training. Also meant Jaufree, either missed her, or was happy to get rid of her for a while. She smirked at the thought then stretched a bit, realizing how her joints got tired of riding and nothing else.
“Imperial City.” she stated casually. Rikugou looked at her, though his face remained unchanged it was almost like he questioned her tactics when there were so many Mythic Dawn running around, who could you trust? Certainly no stranger. Balsa was proud though, prideful, but had the heart of a loving mother. It was strange really. But be thankful this stranger wasn’t a Elf or at least part of one….then they’d really be in ‘trouble’.
“What about you? Out here all alone?” she asked calmly and glanced around before turning slightly and patting her horse’s neck.

A snowball flew back at her, right over her brown hood, scraping the fabric. "Mmm, perfect aim" Veronika said in sarcasm.
Throwing a monotonous glance at the warrior female and her companion, she continued speaking. The Altmer and the Imperial female, who where they? What did they do for a living? Veronika was pretty curious and another question was made important. Where they dangerous?
"Yes, it is cold!!" Veronika argued with a loud voice, before calming down a second later.
"Imperial City, been awhile since ive been there!" she said, smiling at them, then closing one eye to think her next words. She contined staring at the brown haired peach skinned woman.
"I was sent to clear out a cave nearby..but I fell..and got stuck..now im out and bored, I am just walking around.." She said, starting to walk around in circles, opening her hand and smacking her finger against it.
"I have been called Sicko, maniac, madwoman, crazy, violent, pyschotic..monster..beast..ugly, although in not hehe..but you can call me Sylvannas" Veronika smiled again, pulling back her hood, revealing her clear blonde hair.
"Since you are going to the Imperial City, I can go, because it seems you have enough room and denying and rejecting me would be very disrespectful and very..rude. So, better you give me a ride or..face doom!" she said playfully, almost playfully.

Balsa chuckled shaking her head at the odd woman. Of course Rikugou didn’t like her at all. Naturally he didn’t say anything of it but was nearly ready to summon again when Balsa turned back to the woman known by so many dreadful names.
Balsa finely laughed boasting a bit then smirked and shrugged her shoulders lightly. “rude eh? Well I don’t see why you couldn’t join us, but be careful Rikugou already seems to not like you.” she laughed pointing a thumb at her companion. Who in turn looked at her a little strangely, a bit annoyed.
“and I’m Balsa, just call me that.” she smiled and brushed her hair back. “don’t mind if you join us, though we may not make it there in one day depending on the weather” she added. “we have plenty of food, so don’t do getting sick again, stay well doll.” she stated nonchalantly. Though Balsa seemed to be so loose and trusting, there was also a tall wall there, that kept a warning. Maybe Rikugou was the look out.
“but he don’t bite.” she looked at Rikugou again who just sighed and looked away. “any particular reason you need to go to the city?” she asked waving her over as they started to walk back down the cold road.

Veronika stared continuously at the woman and her almost now annoying Altmer friend. "Nice to meet you Balsha!"
"You too Rikishi" Veronika said, purposely getting his name wrong.
Veronika walked towards her, getting closer, hoping there was room on top of the horse. "He wont bite..but I will" Veronika snarled to herself quietly as possible so he wont hear, not really knowing if he heard her or not. She began skipping crazily towards the new "friends".
Climbing on the horse and immediately making room, shoving the Alter aside a little. Sitting heavily on the horse, she leaned close to his ear. "If you don't like then welcome to the club..all you need to do is wait in line like everybody else!." She barked, leaning her head back and sighing loudly.
"It's no problem really, I mean, I can wait..the weather wont bother me. I think it is faster to go by horse than by foot" she admitted, lying like a dog(Hehe..dog), she was fast and able to run to the Imperial city, but she was lazy so she made a lie to get herself on a horse without wasting money at a local stable.
"I am not hungry..just ate, so more food for you, I suppose. As for the Imperial city..I'm a drifter, an explorer.." she chuckled.
"All I ever wanted was to travel far off..some exotic places. Meet new exciting people & then kill them!" she said in a soothing voice, almost like a sigh. "So I became a high ranking member of the Mythic Dawn! Hail Dagon and all his redness" she teased. "But no..I'm not Mythic Dawn, I am a hunter, I hunt for sport, for food and for fun. If you need dead deer or a live twitching one, I can get one for ya."
"So, what do you do for a living?"

Rikugou just looked away ignoring the woman, any regard she made, she could have the horse, in truth Rikugou never ridden a horse, he always walked….always, he looked down at his feet. Then back to Balsa who was getting a real kick out of it all though. What a oddball, this stranger kind of reminded Balsa of herself younger, in a odd way.
“Its not really a problem.” she stated then stretched. “you may use the horse for now too, think I want to walk.” she laughed. Rikugou looked at the both women and sighed. When she said Mythic Dawn Rikugou’s eyes narrowed. Such a fool to tease about such things that would get one beheaded…
Balsa laughed and put her hands on her hips. “well that’s interesting.” she stated. “I’ve been to a few places.” she nodded. “nothings more boring and smelly then the City.” she snorted then sighed. “I’m a Retired Blade Member.” she grinned a bit then shook her head and waved a hand dismissing it. Rikugou looked at her like she’d lost her mind.
As they walked Balsa yawned covering her mouth a moment then rubbed the back of her neck. “I’m actually there to pick up some junk.” she stated then paused taping her chin and shrugged. “Hum,I think we have enough meat, but if we do I’ll let you know.” she smirked.

Veronika laughed, beginning to boast. "That IS interesting. Ive been to Valenwood, lived ther for thirty--" she stopped "thirty..days!" she changed, making a poor attept to hide her extended lifespan. The altmer was being rather rude, she knew about his race well, proud, snobbish, arrogant perhaps. Veronika tried to spook him a little, doubting it would work. "Wait till you sleep..elf, that high and mighty attitude of yours will be snuffed out as soon as Masser and Secunda comes out!!" She barked, then silenced again, followed by a short giggle.
"Sorry..had a little sweets today..cannot control my hyperness, you see"
"Blades, eh? Did a hell of a job protecting the Emperor...so, I hereby salute you for you're success" Veronika teased. Lokking around her, for food or anything in particular, she began talking again, automatically being annoying and lunatistic. "Don't gotta worry about food..I can get you some, and peraps tonight, we can all dine.." She said, leaning backwards and resting her head.
(((OOC: Mmm..I am lost and I got no idea on what we are going to do. Might as well throw a party in the wilderness or be ambushed by the Dawn....thhat means you Camthalion))).

Balsa smirked and nodded lightly. “its alright, and hey, I wasn’t there to protect him, that’s about all I can say ‘I’ wasn’t .” she laughed then paused with a short sigh she shook her head. “no it’s a shame…” she brushed her hair back then looked to Rikugou who just in turn looked away from both women.
“Its alright.” she smirked. “same thing happens when I have to much to drink.” he smirked then sucked in a deep breath and shook her head. “I think that is going to get worse for Rikugou from here.” she smirked glancing back at him once again. He looked at her a little confused then grunted looking away again. “Old man.” she smirked rolling her eyes then looked back at there new ‘friend’ “Cant say I’ve been that far out before. I bet its amazing to travel the world.” she stated.
