History
Draken Decimus Vladmir was born into a family of privilage and honor. The Vladmir family, a wealthy family of which consists of but a few members. Armand, Draken's father, was infected with Vampirism in the end of the 2nd Era, he passed the Dark Gift to his wife, Mirella, Draken's mother. Months later, she bore two children, twins. Vaultren and Irvana, later, Dahlilia, then Raven and Draken. These children were gifted with Vampirism at birth. However, other members of the family, the mortal ones, were not aware. As the children grew, the skills and hunting basics were passed on.
Not much was known about Draken's cousins or uncles, he only knew his siblings, mother and father. He grew up in a rich and snobby household, living in a luxurious Manor four centuries ago. Draken, Irvana, Dahlilia, Vaultren were gifted children atleast, rarely common amongt the vampire community. Draken is the progeny of many notorious vampires, some were Pure-born. Draken and his family were welcomed in the Order of vampires in Cyrodiil, a powerful clan who had ousted all other competitors, much like the Imperials themselves had done. Their true name was unknown, lost in history, but they were experts at concealment. If they kept themselves well-fed, they were indistinguishable from living persons. They were cultured, more civilized than the vampires of the provinces, preferring to feed on victims while they were asleep, unaware. According to legend, Clavicus Vile bestowed such power on the vampires of Cyrodiil, altering their precious blood. Sunlight would not harm them if they fed, they could walk amongst mortals, which is how Armand Vladmir came to keep his Nobility, with the curse of dealing with the politicians of the Imperial bureaucracy.
Draken grew up in his father's footsteps, hunting, killing, living with his family and completing perilous tasks for the Order. Eventually, after doing all this, Draken ended up moving away and owning a lair that was abandoned by his ancestors, near Skingrad. Draken felt his lifestyle and vampiric habits would draw needless attention, so he decided to live Underground, avoiding detection. Draken however, did own some land in Cyrodiil, a small amount but it is good enough. The reason for this was just to maintain and steel his devotion to the Tenets. Draken often scoffs the politics of his station. Taxation and trade negotiations and meetings with disingenuous aristocrats, it is enough to make him regret his birthright altogether. As Draken was a vampire, he had to refrain from ignoring his vampiric subjects. The Order needed few capable vampires to guard the borders of Cyrodiil, as enemy threats could rise, enemies such as Quarra or the Whet-Fang. Raven took on the task of controlling some of the powerful Imperial arisocrats and politicians, Draken's job, to wage battle against rival clans if they ever oversteped their boundaries upon the Order's territitory. Ever since he was a child, Draken rivaled his closest sister, Raven, for just about everything. Gold, skill, power and intelligence. In 3E 253, Draken was one of the Undead warriors to invade and capture the region of Dwynnen, they joined when they began an expedition a few years earlier. Years after this, Draken and his beloved sister were raging battle against the mortal scum along with the Usurper and his group, hoping to win Tamriel and destroy everything that opposed him. His wish was shortlived when The Baron Othrok and his less legendary allies, the rulers of Ykalon, Phrygia, and Kambria, finally ended the Usurper's carnage in 3E 267. News of the Usurper's barbaric treatment of captives and abuse of conquered lands, mostly true, spread rapidly through their territories, and then to their neutral lands. Within a few months, the greatest navy ever combined organized along the High Rock edge of the Iliac Bay. Only the navy of Uriel V's ill-fated invasion of Akavir was comparable. How the combined forces of High Rock defeated the endless army of the Camoran Usurper is certainly worthy of a lengthy book in itself, Draken was one to witness it and live it all. Draken and Raven was among the few to escape, fleeing Valenwood, he was able to set his own private crew from prisoners and escape convicts..along with a few remaining Undead individuals, being persued endlessly for months, Draken hid and fought and hid again until he was able to set course through the Abecean sea. While on the way there, Draken and his remaining men were surrounded by the Navy, to his advantage, there was a supernatural occurence of nature that granted his wish. The whirlpool in the Abecean called the Maelstrom of Bal could make ships disappear, the Navy ships and Draken's own crew were sucked into the dark void of the Abecean, falliing into Oblivion itself, he woke up in his Lord's realm, Coldharbour.
After the events of ColdHarbour, Draken and Raven were teleported back into Tamriel. Draken joined in with the Imperial Navy, his insight and understandind against the villainy and scourge of the criminal world has payed off, Draken was recruited and was one of the men to search and destroy the legendary Captain Dugal and his group if blooming cockroaches known as the "Red Sabers". With a heavy heart and an ambitious soul, Draken made a deal with his sister, Raven Meridius, to infiltrate the pirate group and bring them to justice. It was the only thing Draken wanted to do at the time, to only regain all that he lost with the Usurper; Honor, glory..victory. Commodore Fasil Umbranox was not aware of Draken's plot, and it would remain so. Raven joined in with Captain Dugal's crew, becoming a pirate and plundering Cyrodiil as they did. While not holding any qualms for the Imperial Navy, she did not stress or complain the fact that she was betraying her own group. It was easier to kill the Captain and the crew when they slept, but Raven had other plans that remained hidden from Draken. When Umbranox couldn't get what he needed from Dugal's men in Anvil, he set out looking all over the Abecean Sea for the Black Flag. There are hundreds of islands In the Abecean, and he landed a crew on each one. He rooted out Dugal's men when he could find them, hung those who weren't willing to go peacefully and jailed those who laid down arms. No matter for many ships and men it cost him, he kept coming with more and more. The pirate crew couldn't never get ahead of him and couldn't even mount a counter attack. It took him four years and a hell of a lot of ships, but the sea rat finally tracked Dugal down. Raven was able to persuade the Captain of the Black Flag to await the Commodore's leave, so then they could steal the Imperial Navy's ships and use them against Umbranox. Dugal had agreed and had a meeting with the crew. Raven sent a message to Draken, who impatiently awaited. Umbranox had his main force out of port following a lead that Dugal had planted. The captain had set sail back to Anvil, hoping to catch him off guard, capture the boats he left behind, and fight him with his own ships in Anvil Bay. However, Draken and the rest of the Imperial Navy were notified, they awaited the pirate and confronted him. Raven revealed her treachery from the beginning, but not her ideal reason to assume the role of a traitor, her reasons still remained unknown. The pirates fought like hell, but they were trapped in the bay. Draken and the Imperial Navy had set fire upon Anvil, burning the entire place to the ground, to keep them from fleeing onto land. While onboard, Raven tried to best and kill the Captain, but was quickly overpowered by Dugal's crew and the canon fire that came from the Imperial Navy ships. Few knew Raven was related to Draken, even fewer knew she temporarily joined the pirate crew for her own gain, and Draken's victory, none of them knew the dark secret the two siblings shared. It was all part of the plan. Raven jumped overboard and fell into the cold water of the Anvil bay and swam to shore, using her Embrace Of Shadows to keep her safe from the eyes of the angry pirates and the Imperial Navy that would brand her a sea dog when gazing upon her pirate outfit. The main force of Imperial forces held them off until Umbranox showed up in his flagship. Umbranox fought the captain to the last ship and in the end, the Bay was filled with sunken and burning boats. Dugal cut across the south side of the bay, along the huge cliff wall that used to be there. He had Dugal's helmsman stay as close as he could to the cursed cliff. The mages from the deck of Umbranox's ship, began yelling some magic words and encantations in the air, Draken watched from the bay, seeing it all. A few rocks fell onto the pirate's deck, a few more, and then the whole bloody cliff came crashing down on top of them. The cliff collapsed around the ship, making a cavern. It sealed the Black Flag, her crew, and Captain Dugal under a large pile of rocks. Their fate was sealed. Draken assumed the role of a leader and ordered the men to track down and find Raven. Who in turn, lay down her weapons and yielded. Raven was sentanced to be hanged by the Imperial Commodore, but Draken spoke against it and persuaded Umbranox to allow her to suffer in prison. He agreed and Raven was sent to the Imperial prison for a life sentance. To her it was no problem, age was simply a number and it had no effect on her. Draken was able to sneak in and free Raven two days later. Raven was able to secure her victory and Draken was rewarded with gold and prestige, along with all the men who fought bravely and lived. No one even suspecting his allegiance to the Usurper and his status as an Undead..treachery and manipulations served him well in his next coming years.
The years passed along, Draken grew older, but always remained young. His status as a Captain in the Navy was resigned and he now worked as a foot soldier in Imperial Military.

To this day, Draken met with Raven later in the sanctuary, she had been making progress and was a loved assassin amongst the murderers. As always, Raven chastized Draken for being "Late" and "Following" her wherever she went. During their stay in the Dark Brotherhood, Draken became good friends with Greywyn Blenwyth, a vampiric member of the Dark Brotherhood, whom had great plans for everyone and dreams for himself. Draken it is a magnificent vision. But he and his family also realized that sometimes, for the dream to live, the dreamer must perish.
*TO BE EDITED SOON*
As one of the most notorious vampires of times long past, Greywyn Blenwyth, had joined the Dark Brotherhood with the intention of one day converting all of his fellow brethren into his kind. He realized that although vampires are accepted within the ranks of the Dark Brotherhood, the notion that it could be a future requirement could anger existing members or possibly dissuade others from joining its ranks. By carefully forging an alliance with several key members of the Dark Brotherhood at the time, including Raven and Draken, Greywyn was confident he could either sway the rest of the members into adopting his ways, or dispatching those that didn't. Just as the Morag Tong and Dark Brotherhood were rivals, the Crimson Scars would rise to combat both. He spent the better part of a year "turning" opponents to his side, and using his allies to rid the Dark Brotherhood of the others.
He dubbed his splinter faction The Crimson Scars; a name derived from the unusually vicious neck lacerations left by his assassins and their jagged blades. The final turning point in Greywyn's dark plan called for the swift execution of the current upper echelon of the Dark Brotherhood in one massive, cautiously executed strike. Unbeknownst to Greywyn, one of the members he had turned, a Dunmer named Silarian, was not enamored by the thought of his newfound vampiric power, as it came with too high a price. By informing the Black Hand of the Dark Brotherhood of Greywyn's upcoming betrayal, Silarian was able to quell the rebellion before it started. The second purification in the history of the Brotherhood was executed that night, and the entire sanctuary died in a sea of blood.
The screams and piercing shouts of anguish and pain still ringed in Draken's ears as his allies turned to dust before his eyes. Draken escaped with Raven, as well with Rowly Eadwulf and Greywyn. Despite their escape, the siblings never saw Greywyn again. Raven moved in with Draken, residing in his lair in Skingrad, while Draken awaits for a new adventure in life, having understood that the Scars were destroyed, he waits with his sister, for something grand to happen. Draken still persues rival clans and obeys the Order's commands, but he feels something is missing.
