Arcane University is the Mages university in the Imperial City, accessed via a bridge southeast of the Arboretum. Access to the university is restricted to respected members of the Mages Guild. See the Mages Guild for details.

1.Gate to the Arboretum
2.Arch-Mage's Lobby - This is the only room you can enter before completing your Mages Guild Recommendations. You can always purchase items from mages in this room.
3.Lustratorium- The alchemical center. The Enchanted Chest is explained here. An Alchemy merchant is present during business hours
4.Chironasium - This room is used for Enchanting.
Practice Rooms - Just for looks. If you stand between the target and the spell caster, the spells will affect you!
5.Imperial Watchtower- Where the guards hang out while on break.
6.Mage Quarters- Where mages rest. Check here if you need to find a mage that isn't in the main tower. Free beds are also available.
7.Mystic Archives- One of the most extensive libraries in Cyrodiil. Contains several skill books.
8.Praxographical Center - This room is used for Spell Making.
