The walk from the Inn in Bravil up to his masters shrine was quite the regular occurrence to Greywyn, he had been visiting there more and more now a days, bringing offerings to his master after he had told him to hunt various animals. Hircine was a rather gracious master and praised Greywyn after each successful hunt. Gaining his masters favor was all the young man seemed to do these days.
After walking the green road for a bit he took a little detour into the great forest, hiking for a bit longer before he reached his masters shrine, he nodded at the other hunters he knew there and over heard some of them talk about they're recent hunts. Greywyn would meet them later at an Inn in the Imperial City and catch up on there conversations, drinking and eating to celebrate they're ever great hunts.
With a slight grunt Greywyn heft the large leather package on his back onto the alter in front of the grand statue of the fearsome Hircine. He untied the string that held it together and allowed it to spread out on the large stone offering alter. Various pelts of wolfs, bears and mountain lions, as well as various other exotic pelts slid across the table, spreading out due to the extra room. Greywyn stood back a step and bowed to the statue before he spoke.
"Hircine, my lord. I have hunted those you have asked and brought swift death to them in the thrill of the hunt. I hope they please you.[/i]"He said, his tone full of respect for his god.
"You have done well, Greywyn. I hope you have not let a single bit of the animals go to waste."The voice of his god seemed to be coming straight from his head and not the statue. Such was the powers of the gods.
"Of course Lord Hircine. Myself and the other hunters shall feast on the spoils of hour glorious hunts. We shall do so in your name and celebrate and honor your hunts and live.[/i]" Greywyn answered back, answering his masters statement. The man almost hear the Daedric prince chuckle before his voice was silent, in a furry of flame the offerings on the table were gone, the alter it's self not harmed.
With that Greywyn bowed once more and left the place, taking the strange slab of meats that were now on the alter. They were a blessing from Hircine, he always seemed to leave these strange meats that no one had ever seen before. However, when one cooked them they were the tastiest meat you could ever have and Greywyn was more than happy to have something extra to cook today for dinner.
-Hours Later-
Geywyn now found himself no longer wearing his armor instead wearing some simple middle class clothing of a black and blue color. He and his fellow hunters were currently in the up-stairs of The Tiber Septim Hotel. All of them eating at the grand dinning table there, the rare slabs of meat having been cooked already. Everyone feasted on the various foods and ale on the table and shared they're story's and tales that had been picked up around Cyrodill.
Greywyn himself decided to head down stairs for a while to read a book, excusing himself and letting his fellow hunters know were he would be if needed, he then left for downstairs, taking a seat in the corner of the room. With a book in his hand he was reading it quite content with himself, on the table were some grapes and other fruits as well as a bottle of fine wine and another of good mead. Greywyn was a man of great tastes after all.
He continued to sit there and read contently as the darkness of night approached, many people coming in and out of the Inn hiring rooms and eating, or indeed just catching up on gossip ect. Greywyn himself had already rented a room and had no current worries, seeing as he rented out the last room witch just so happened to be quite large and have two single beds due to it's size.
He chuckled as he took a drink of his wine before popping a grape into his mouth, flicking the page as he continued to enjoy him book.
