The air was thick and hot, one could hardly breathe. it was days like this people were more violent than ordinary, bugs were everywhere. disease spread in abundence, but that was what normally happened in places like this.
most people tried to find someplace to get cooled off with out expending too much energy. some like the few who weren't too bothered by the semi-stagnant pools that ran threw the streets, found there relief there. others were outside the city near the guard post.
though finding a small section of the water that ran threw the city to be cool, and non-bug ridden was difficult to say the least. people were eyeing one anothers water areas with greed.
Bravil certaintly wasn't the place to be at this moemnt in time. but unfortunatly most people who were here had no choice. the lords and ladys of the county's courts were inside the castle cooling off in a way that only money could afford. while the rest almost literally squandered in filth and diesease trying to beat an rare bad day for the swamp filled area. for unlike leyawiin it didn't always rain like clockwork in bravil.
one individual, and elf it looked like one race of elf but yet not really.was in bravil following a rumor. a rumor about a strong altmeri mage from sumemrset isle. matching the description of someone he knew.
he himself was almost unnaffected by teh terrible weather, he grew up in a place far more humid than bravil ever thought of being. one gets a tolerence for it, after so long. the elf sat down on a rock near another more silent bosmer than he. the said elf was sitting near the lucky old lady statue and seemed to be intent on the sculpted woman.
the otehr elf knew the half-breed was there and he knew the other knew he knew. elves were like that you didn't always need words to make a greeting most of the time it is about presence. they felt as time wore on it was amusing to watch the races of man get fusterated, it amused them to no end.
