Aegnor sat down under the tree in the square by all the guild buildings. he liked it in Chorrol the climate was what he considered perfect. the seasons would change the colors of the leaves, snow would come in winter and go away in the spring. he needed to ask the countess for a house to purchase later as it was still early in the morning... the Khajit in the Oak and Crosier must think he was nuts.
This was also the last lead he had to find Camthalion, who seems to be going under the name of Yggdrasil now. He had seen Camthalion's father's men in Morrownd looking for him. He also ran into a Redoran who knew Camthalion and told him were to go.
Cyrodiil is big but somehow it felt smaller than morrowind and the other places he's traveled. He saw that Argonian lass looking at him again...her scales were pretty but she was a lizard...no thanks.
He was also worried about this Crisis with strange doors to Oblivion opening all over the world this recently, and the news of the Emperor's death and the siege of Kvatch which seems to be unable to be ended. There were suppose to be survivors in there. After purchasing his house maybe he'd look into helping the guard out there.
He looked up as a frantic looking person came running into Chorrol. From the back entrance exclaiming about a gate just up the road near the city on the mountain and deadra were headed this way.
looks like he'd be getting a house much later than he planned...

Falcan was walking through town. He loved it here this time of year, the wind blowing about his cape and hair lightly, he sighed looking around. Honestly? Had no clue WHY he was here, he just was, yet so close to Bruma…and also Weynon Priory it made him feel rather out of place, being this far north, but he mainly came to get his armor and blades looked at, by a old semi-friend. Scanning the area the place looked tranquil. Other then guards giving him odd looks, it looked fine. A few people were out yet, a elf sat under a tree, ehh what was so odd about that? Almost forgetting he was half elf himself he watched the male a moment before looking up at the tree, always such a large tree, but how did they manage to keep the kids from playing in it? Or making a tree house. [lol]
He’d not planed on staying long though that was sure. Being so bothered by hearing of the emperor’s death, made him grieve, but also feel a since of regret and betrayal. He kept walking he’d spend a little time just looking around before going into a shop. Soon he paused attention being caught by a male running into town screaming about something.

Aegnor got up and jogged over to the frantic man. "sir? sir what wrong?"
"Deadra coming out of an oblivion gate up the road! they're headed for Chorrol!" the man said out of breathe. "i am a traveling merchant they killed my companion and my horse thinking it funny that i ran to warn the city!"
"alright relax sir" he turned to the guard " do you have any type of team that can deal with deadra?"
"no we don't we never thought the gates could be opened up-"
"fool!" Aegnor almost shouted "a gate is a feat of Conjuring anyone with high enough skill and practice in the art can summon one!" he exclaimed.
"alright i think i know how to close such a gate, but i cannot go into it alone. i will need some help" Aegnor said finally as he caught sight of two children playing with a hoop and a stick, and a puppy and a cat running with them.

Falcan turned away as he heard speak of an Oblivion gate, but froze…would he just walk away!? Part of him wanted to, but the other half of his mind cursed and screamed at him to help but the ‘what ifs’ always paged his mind over and over replaying, every scenario possible….some good…most bad. He looked over watching the kids playing he took a deep breath and clinched his fists tightly and took a deep breath closing his eyes then slowly opening them. He turned back around, Cape waving behind him as he walked toward the guard and the elf. The cloth muffled his speech but he was still understandable. “I…Will lend you my strength elf he looked toward him then to the guard. “But get everyone in there houses into there basements or something.” he frowned but it couldn’t be seen.

Aegnor looked to the new comer and nodded, "alright two will be good, the smaller the number the less noticeable we will be when we get into the gate." he spoke thinking.
"yes or get everyone into the castle or some building in which will not catch fire quickly." he thought then quickly. "when we leave barricade the gate and use your archers to kill what deadra you can, to stop them from getting in" Aegnor turned to the man who offered his assistance.
"alright are you all ready to go?" he took a look at the man he wore a heavy layer of cloth though he saw the bulk of armor underneath it all.
"your defiantly not gonna want to have all that fabric on the gates are rather ...hot..." he himself never wore armor, over the years he's become rather agile and can dodge almost anything.
"but sir" the guard spoke to Aegnor "won't you need armor?"
"no it is but a hinderence." he turned to the man again. "my name is Aegnor, shall we go?"

Falcan looked at the elf and guards and nodded silently before looking at himself he was able to move freely in his thick fabrics but the elf was right about the heat and fire of oblivion. He reached around and pulled off his cape that flutter around till he landed across his arm, rather heavy mostly he used it for training. Also there was the thought of the cloth left around his neck and mouth he reached up toward it gripping it ready to give it a tug but paused a little self consciously, he didn’t want to remove it, but it to would be in the way? He sighed and did it anyways, pulling them off he looked taller of Corse and lighter on his feet,. He tightened any remaining clothes to his armor better and nodded.
“Alright…I’m ready.” he stated tousling the capes aside. His scar didn’t seem so bad, but always looked painful, making one wonder about the strange male. He looked back to the elf when he spoke his name, “Falcan Nightroad.” he stated a deep yet not to mush so, a tad bit dry voice. He reached back gatherings and tieing his hair together with a small string.

Aegnor nodded, "alright have your men bar the gate when we leave". he tied his things closer to him and under his robe closed his pockets.
he turned to Falcan. "alright shall we?" as he walked out of the gates of the city. the deadra were close.
"there close you can smell the burning there doing along the way." Aegnor sighed "the face of this world is going to change..."he glared as a Deadroth came charging out of the brush he brought up his hand and set a blast of a shock spell at it.

Falcan nodded still the silent type he fallowed after the elf as the Deadroth appeared and came at them he drew his black colored blade and readied it in front of him. He darted forward as the lightning spell nearly done the monster in, Falcan’s blade sliced it down, it fell with a thud, Falcan jumped back, athletics and speed were a upper hand of his he could jump forward attack and jump back. “So…how do we close this thing?” he asked the elf and readied his blade by his side as he nodded toward the gate. “hum, we’d better hurry.’ he stated as the two soon to be either heros or dead heros, headed into the oblivion.

"by, teaching readings and research. the way to hold a gate open is to have some kind of focus inside of it." he started running ahead. "you have to get ride of the focus and, the gate should close and those whom don't belong a.k.a us should appear in this world once again. "
the gate swallowed them and made there stomach's flop for a moment with a bit of vertigo.
Aegnor made a breathless gasp.
"this place...I'd hate to say it no wonder Mehrunes Dagon wants Tamriel look what he did to this place?" the lava water of oblivion was everywhere the, red dry and decayed ground made dust as they moved.
"well we need to find the place were the focus would be a building perhaps?"he looked over to his companion.

Falcan winced looking around the new area to him, Oblivion, what a lovely place, he smirked inside then looked to his companion. Then around, the lava the ground, the evil looking black and red pointed spines coming out everywhere, something he fairly had expected a flaming portal to take them to, and the name ‘Oblivion’ suited the place well. Still a little worried about his own powers, and making sure the elf didn’t get hurt either, worried him, but he didn’t let it show, he was good at that at least. His eyes scanned the area. “yes a building.” he stated. “or at the highest point over looking the area, would be the place.” he stated.

Aegnor found a bunch of boulders and proceeded to climb them to get a good look of the place. Hazy red darkness as far as he could see. he saw deadra wandering around slowly gathering together in groups and heading towards the gate.
"we better hurry before there is too many for the town to handle..." he looked and found a tall spire on an island the only way to get to it seemed to be a bridge.
"well i think i found it..." he pointed to the spire with the glowing strip along the outside.
"and we have a lovely welcoming comity don't we?" he gestured to a few deadra walking towards them. electricity sparked between his fingers.
"almost all deadra are vulnerable to shock. so if you know even a weak spell it will be handy here."

“Alright.” he shouted up at him, about the elf finding the first spot that seemed most likely to be the main point of interest. For this little vacation get-away. He with drew his blade. “shock?” he asked then nodded. “alright its weak but if you say so.” he stated then threw his hand forward and knocked a few scamps down then rushed forward and cleaved them open with his blade. “welcoming party…I feel so loved, shall we stay for the drinks? Or just take our party gifts and leave?” he raved a brow and nodded towards the elf and sliced a few down before heading toward the bridge.

Aegnor held out his hand and cast an area spell. knocking a a Clanfear back, Aegnor winced he felt some pain on that. the Dremora next to it faltered a bit. and Aegnor swiftly closed in and used his fist and palm's as tools while adding shock magic killing the Dremora with a hard punch to the nose breaking, shattering the bone sending pieces into its brain killing instantly.
the Clanfear he paralyzed and kicked into the lava water. "stupid things" he remembered the Clanfears' were able to send some damgae back. "be careful the Clanfear have a relfect damage on them." as he dodged a Dremora's blade swung at him. and blasted him in the face with a shock spell.

Falcan nodded. “right got that, you be careful too.” he nodded. And then focused on cutting as many down in one sting as he could only slicing at vital areas on the monsters. His other blade was still strapped to his back, he grunted lightly and looked back at the elf. “take my blade, if you need it.” he shouted over a few of the beasts screeching as he knocked them off the bridge and into the lava lake below, as they headed toward the tower. [sorry crappy post DX]

Aegnor laughed a bit. "no thanks...swords are not my speciality. " he said the bridge was ridiculous. there wasn't too many more deadra on the outside left as they neared the end by the tower.
he ducked another blow from a dremora. and slammed his palms down on its chest and concentrated the blast. sending it flying in a shower of shock. it was kinda pretty...
Aegnor halted a but when he felt a arrow whoosh by his ear. "an archer...fun, be careful!" he called to Falcan. as he ducked as a Clannfear leapt at him and missed, falling into the lava water. he chuckled.
he hoped they could get through the tower unhindered. he wanted this done quickly. he flung his arms forward blasting a Xivali that seemed to be leading the dremora.
the Xivali looked at him and chuckled.
