Set within the province of Cyrodiil, the heartland and Imperial capital of Tamriel. Emperor Uriel Septim VII is assassinated in flight from his own palace. With the Flames of the Dragon Fire dieing, and no legitimate son, and heir to the throne the lands are thrown into Chaos.
Shortly after the Emperor’s death the Nightmares become reality. A strange gate opens up in Kvatch unleashing a power that completely sends the city into madness. Engulfed with the flames and devils of Oblivion, the survivors rock on the edge of despair and death. And soon after….the Oblivion Crisis….will consume everything.

In most areas the temperature is dropping and cool winds roll over the lands. Some areas snow is falling, and some it is soon too, in others it only snows Harder then before. Most must already bundle up warmly before daring the cold weather.

Green Emperor Way (2 sub-boards) Located in the center of the Imperial City, in Green Emperor Way. The most noticeable feature of the palace is the White Gold Tower. The palace is strictly guarded by elite Palace Guards, who advise visitors to maintain quiet at all times, and not to enter any floor above the second.
Town of Cheydinhal (8 sub-boards) A city in eastern Cyrodiil whose population is mostly of Dunmer origin,Located in the foothills between the Valus and Jerall Mountains.
Snow Covered Town (8 sub-boards) North of the Imperial City, Covered in snow. Bruma's population is mostly Nord, although other races are also present.
The Town (7 sub-boards) Situated in the rugged highlands of Colovia, the city's grounds are strewn with large boulders that set the mountainous mood of the city as much as they serve as obstacles to pedestrians.
Castle Chorrol Arriana Valga is the widowed Countess of Chorrol. Her deceased husband, Charus Valga, the hereditary Count Chorrol, was slain in battle. She is the mother of Alessia Caro, who is the wife of Marius Caro, the Count of Leyawiin.
Castle Skingrad Janus Hassildor is the Count of Skingrad. If you talk to the locals, they will mention that he is rarely seen in public. Most people in Skingrad seem to believe that Count Hassildor is simply a bit crowd shy.
City of Anvil (7 sub-boards) A prosperous harbor city on the Gold Coast by the Abecean Sea at the very southwest located at the end of the Gold Road, past both Skingrad and Kvatch.
Anvil Castle It is the seat of the Countess of Anvil, Millona Umbranox. It is located outside the city, on an island connected to the city proper via a bridge. The Countess, Millona Umbranox, is the current ruler of Anvil. Her husband, Corvus Umbranox, has been missing for many years.
Niben Bay (1 sub-board) A large body of water lying in the Nibenay Basin, largely east of the city of Bravil.

Leyawiin
City of Leyawiin (8 sub-boards) The city of Leyawiin straddles a swampy estuary of the Niben River to the far south east. It has a sizable population that includes many Khajiit and Argonians.
Castle Leyawiin The Imperial Marius Caro is the Count of Leyawiin. His wife is the Countess Alessia Caro, daughter of Countess Arriana Valga of Chorrol. They seem kindly.
